Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist the marketing team in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Support daily marketing activities to help achieve brand awareness and customer acquisition goals.
Market Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and consumer insights.
- Gather and organize research findings to support marketing strategies.
Social Media Support
- Assist in managing the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Help create, schedule, and publish social media content under the guidance of the marketing team.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist in responding to customer interactions when appropriate.
Digital Campaign Assistance
- Support the execution of online advertising campaigns, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Assist with monitoring campaign performance and preparing basic performance reports.
Content & Brand Support
- Assist in creating marketing materials, promotional content, and digital assets.
- Support brand awareness initiatives and help maintain a consistent brand image across digital platforms.
Marketing Analytics
- Collect and organize marketing data, including website traffic, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Assist in preparing reports and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
Customer Engagement
- Support customer retention campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist with email marketing, online promotions, and other customer engagement initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to support ongoing marketing projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Learning & Professional Development
- Participate in marketing training sessions and stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Learn to use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and other digital marketing platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and social media.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Compensation: $4,000.00 per month
