Job Description

These are not your "run-of-the-mill" internships. Fuse offers meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities for students to work with and learn from our team of Digital Communications experts.Responsibilities include:

Develop creative social media content ideas.
Research, develop and turn content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions for multiple brands.
- Content concepting
- Graphic design
- Photography
- Video creation & editing using in-app editing tools on TikTok & Instagram
- Copywriting
Research / monitor trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into brand content.
Research relevant influencers for Client campaigns.
Collaborate with Digital Communications team members on content creation.

Skills and experience

Understanding of Gen Z and Millennial trends/habits on social channels.
Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Knowledge of social media trends and hashtags.
Ability to turn a concept into compelling content.
Ability to incorporate brand voice and identity into digital content.
Knowledge of the popular social media platforms including in-app video development and editing on TikTok and Instagram.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other creative tools.
A passion for action sports, music, fashion or other youth culture is a strong plus.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must be a high school graduate and currently enrolled in college.
All internships are unpaid and only available to candidates that are able to receive college credit.
