Digital Press Operator | 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift | $22/hr | Cincinnati, OH
We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join a fast-paced commercial printing and production team. This role involves operating digital printing equipment to produce high-quality retail signage, promotional materials, and printed products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor digital printing presses
- Set up jobs, adjust press settings, and maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure jobs meet specifications.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work with production team members to meet deadlines and output goals.
Qualifications
- Previous digital press operating experience required.
- Experience operating Konica Minolta Accurio machines strongly preferred.
- Flexographic (Flexo) printing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of print production, color matching, and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a production environment.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet production deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
