Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to set up and operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift & Pay Details:

1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Set up and operate digital printing presses.
• Read job tickets and prepare files for print.
• Monitor print quality and inspect finished materials.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform light maintenance.
• Maintain inventory and stock materials.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous printing experience required.
• Experience with Ricoh, HP Indigo, or Canon digital presses strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills (file-to-print workflows).
• Experience with 4-color process printing preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
