We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of high-impact digital products. The role involves close collaboration with technology and scrum teams to translate product strategy into clear requirements, prioritize delivery, and ensure customer-first outcomes using data-driven insights.Key Responsibilities:- Partner with engineering and technology teams to define, develop, test, and deliver product features and services.
- Translate product roadmap into well-defined requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog prioritization and sprint execution with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze product performance and support tracking, reporting, and data governance initiatives.
- Incorporate industry trends, competitive insights, and best practices into product roadmap planning.
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management or product development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical aptitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Hands-on experience building and managing product backlogs in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Foundation data skills, including SQL, querying, and table building.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), and Slack.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
