Build your future with a venture-backed dual-use radar team making waves in Huntsville, AL—where advanced sensing supports both commercial innovation and defense-critical missions. In this Digital Signal Processing Engineer opportunity, you’ll help develop software-focused radar signal processing algorithms that turn challenging data into actionable performance for real-world systems.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Digital Signal Processing Engineer position include:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital signal processing, radar signal processing, probability/statistics, and algorithm development
  • U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance
  • Strong math background with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MATLAB; working knowledge of Python preferred
  • Develop DSP and radar signal processing algorithms for radar systems, including detection, tracking, beamforming, AoA, adaptive processing, STAP, SAR, and moving-target identification
  • Design, develop, analyze, and test radar system architectures and signal processing approaches
  • Model and simulate radar system designs to demonstrate performance metrics; analyze signal propagation and RF system performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across hardware, mechanical, software, systems, program management, and leadership teams

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
