Digital Solutions Delivery Execution Project Manager

Description -

Job Summary• This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of cost-effective and standardized IT solutions across multiple business entities as well as engaging in large-scale IT projects. The role project manages major IT initiatives, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and integration of business and regional perspectives as well as budget management. The role cultivates relationships with stakeholders and key tactical leaders, advocating for IT best practices for sequencing of the work, and shaping strategic business planning with a pronounced IT influence. The role also provides mentorship to lower-level employees and ensures the realization of operational and strategic plans.Responsibilities• Leads the delivery execution of critical business outcomes for products in HP's commercial and US Federal ecosystems.• Leverages extensive domain-specific business acumen to propel engagement in large-scale IT undertakings.• Participates in major IT projects, ensuring business and regional stakeholders are effectively communicated with and integrated into the overall delivery plan.• Recognizes the demand for new IT processes and substantial enhancements to major IT processes and helps advocate for their development and implementation.• Leads and communicates project status to stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified and mitigation plans are in place along with budget management.• Advocates for the proliferation of best practices developed from interactions between businesses, functions, or geographies and other counterparts.• Can engages in business planning where IT's influence is pronounced and shapes the overarching business strategies of customer organizations.• Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business• Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement or a related field.

Salary

The pay range for this role is$93,400to$143,800USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
