Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Digital Workplace Engineer – SharePoint Post-Migration Support to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Fort Worth, TX. Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Legal team members and other business users post-SharePoint migration.
- Diagnose and fix post-migration issues related to document accessibility, permissions, broken links, search functionality, file synchronization, and document libraries.
- Engage directly with users to comprehend issues, provide clear solutions, and minimize work disruptions.
- Manage support requests until resolved, coordinating with SharePoint administrators and other IT teams when necessary.
- Instruct users on new document access, sharing, and collaboration workflows.
- Document solutions, identify recurring problems, and create support guidance for future migrations.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and adhere to security and access protocols.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in service desk, desktop support, or digital workplace support, with substantial SharePoint troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint document libraries, permissions, sharing, search, and version history.
- Proficiency in supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, and Office, and resolving related collaboration issues.
- Experience in assisting users post-technology migration or significant system changes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Strong commitment to follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple support priorities.
- Experience supporting executives, Legal departments, or other high-touch business users is preferred.
