This role provides hands-on support during mealtimes while assisting with dining room setup, cleanup, and maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary environment. What You’ll Do

• Assist residents during meals, providing support with dining as needed
• Serve beverages, food items, and condiments courteously and promptly
• Set up and maintain dining areas, including tables, linens, silverware, dishes, and supplies
• Clean and sanitize dining spaces, tables, chairs, equipment, and service areas
• Scrape, load, and wash dishes as needed; remove and dispose of trash and recyclables properly
• Follow all dietary, food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Support special events, celebrations, and holiday meals
• Observe residents and report any concerns or changes to the culinary or care team
• Uphold all facility policies, infection control procedures, and resident rights

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a courteous, respectful, and helpful demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with older adults
• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and emergencies
• Physical ability to perform duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
