$22.95 to $32.09 Hourly Rate (Based on years of experience).
Lake Forest | Full Time | Dining Department | Open Availability Needed, 8 hour shifts between 8am -8pm.

Key Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train waitstaff.
- Promote employee skill development through on-the-job training and quarterly seminars.
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure all residents are properly taken care of.
- Maintain the appearance of the dining room and request repairs or upkeep as needed.
- Work with residents and staff to plan parties, bill parties that occur in the dining room, and communicate food-related concerns to the Chef.
- Attend weekly supervisor and catering meetings, monthly food committee meetings, and resident assessment meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of supervisory experience. Dining experience preferred
- Catering experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- English language proficiency
