We're seeking an experienced Director of Healthcare Services to lead our hospice program in Oklahoma City. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding clinical operations, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care.

Compensation

  • $90,000 + (based on experience)

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee all clinical hospice operations
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Guide and support interdisciplinary team members
  • Drive quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Partner with leadership to support program growth and performance
  • Ensure excellence in patient care, documentation, and service delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Active RN license in Oklahoma
  • Hospice leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain clinical teams
  • Organized, accountable, and solutions-driven
  • Passion for delivering compassionate end-of-life care
