We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a patient-focused, team-driven dental practice in Mountain Home, Arkansas. This role is open to new graduates and experienced hygienists, offering strong mentorship, competitive pay, and a healthy work-life balance with a four-day workweek.
Compensation & Schedule
- $40-$60 per hour
- Pay is based on experience, skill set, and certifications
- New grads start competitively with clear growth potential
- Experienced hygienists paid at the top of the range
- Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends

What You’ll Do
- Perform patient assessments including medical histories, charting, periodontal evaluations, and oral cancer screenings
- Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care such as cleanings, polishing, radiographs, sealants, fluoride, and whitening
- Develop individualized care plans with guidance from experienced providers
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
- Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members
Patient population is primarily older adults and retirees, allowing for strong relationships, continuity of care, and a calmer clinical pace.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate or licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of practice
- Local anesthesia certification preferred (state-specific)
- CPR certification
- Desire to learn, grow, and deliver excellent patient care
- Team-oriented, positive mindset
