Job Description

HireLevel is hiring immediately for Direct Support Workers in Marion, Herrin, Benton and West Frankfort, IL.

Recent Pay Increase – starting at $17/hr.

Candidates currently working with this client receive flexible working hours, overtime opportunities and holiday pay all while giving back to members of their community!

Job Category: Part-Time or Full-Time

Salary: $17.35 per hour; holidays are double time

Shift: Various

Excellent Employee Benefits after completing program requirements:

After 90 days: $500
After 6 months: $600
After 1 year: $700

Responsibilities of Direct Support Worker

Provides support and care to people by assisting in the development and implementation of training plans
Assists people with maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly home by following outlined procedures
Maintains open communication and cooperative work effort with Lead DSP and other staff to assure quality and continuity of support to people
99Reports and/or documents routine and unusual events including completing daily logs, accident reports, or outcome data sheets

Requirements of Direct Support Worker:

Provide a copy of high school diploma or GED
Provide valid drivers license and insurance
Ability to meet all drug testing and background requirements
Must show proof of Covid Vaccination
