New Gloucester • $18–$22/hour • $500 Sign-On Bonus • Paid Training
Location: New Gloucester, ME• Schedule: Full-Time (Part-time options available in New Gloucester & Gray, ME)• Starting Pay: From $18.00/hr, depending on experience• Additional Pay: Extra hourly rate for applicants with a satisfactory driver's license and an active CRMA

What You'll Do as a DSP
- Assist adults with daily living skills
- Support independence and community engagement
- Provide structure, safety, and compassionate care
- Encourage meaningful activities
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
Experience with personal care or autism spectrum disorders is helpful but not required.
Where You'll Work
The FULL-TIME DSP position is based in New Gloucester, ME
Part-Time also available in Gray and New Gloucester, ME !!
All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County.Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to attend ALL mandatory trainings & staff meetings
