Community Access Services (CAS) is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, independent, and meaningful lives.No previous DSP experience? - Administering medications and completing documentation accurately
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Advocating for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you support
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support
