Our team is passionate, supportive, and committed to making every day count.What You'll Do:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!Your responsibilities may include:Supporting individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and medication reminders (in accordance with NH state guidelines)Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
Assisting with community engagement-think outings, events, jobs, and social activities!Helping plan and participate in fun, meaningful experiences
Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
Documenting services and following individualized service plans in compliance with state regulations
Where You'll Work:Residential Homes: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines
Day Programs: Get out into the community-support individuals at jobs, volunteer sites, recreational activities, and more
This specific position may require you to work at one or more locations for our residential programs including Concord, Loudon, Northfield, and/or Franklin.What We're Looking For:Compassionate, reliable, and energetic individuals
Strong communication and teamwork skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learn
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)Ability to pass background checks in accordance with New Hampshire law
