Direct Support Professional(DSP)

 $16–$19/hour | Overnight Sleep Shifts $12/hourLocations: Meridian

  • Encourage independence while teaching valuable life skills
  • Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and daily routines
  • Take participants into the community for fun activities and appointments
  • Build genuine friendships and positive relationships

  • Complete daily documentation

    Available Shifts

    Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($16–19/hour)Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($16–19/hour)Overnight Sleep Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM ($12/hour)

     ? Weekend Pay Differential Available

    Services are provided in participants' homes and throughout the community. 

    Requirements:

    • What We're Looking For

    • At least 18 years old• High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete required documentation• Valid driver's license with a good driving record• Ability to assist with mobility and activities of daily living• Strong observation and documentation skills• Meet employment and health requirements

    Experience is a plus—but not required! If you have a caring heart and a positive attitude, we'll teach you the rest.
