What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, your days will be full of connection, purpose, and impact:
- Support individuals with daily routines and meaningful activities at home and in the community
- Encourage independence through skill-building, recreation, and social engagement
- Assist with personal care, mobility, medications, and behavioral or medical needs
- Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment while completing required documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- You’re at least 18 years old and enjoy working as part of a team
- You’re compassionate, patient, and comfortable with hands-on support
- You’re open to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred
