In this role, you'll help individuals achieve greater independence, fulfillment, and community connection.

How You'll Help Our Clients Thrive

Daily Support: Assist with grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, and hygiene.
Healthcare & Mobility: Help with medication administration and mobility needs (including transfers and Hoyer lift use).
Goal Setting: Work with clients to meet personal goals and integrate into the community.
Engagement: Transport clients to appointments and local events.

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
The physical ability to assist with client transfers.
A heart for service and a reliable, professional attitude.
