Job Description

Walpole, NH area, 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Needed – 25 Hours/Week ($18.00/hr)

Seeking a caring and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with an adult male with disabilities. Responsibilitiesinclude providing community support and helping him engage in social and recreational activities.Hours: 25 per week

Direct Support Professional Requirements:

transportation of individual for errands, appointments and community participant programs
continued support and development of individual's monthly goals
maintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors and progress
Training will be provided in all applicable areas for each program

Direct Support Professional minimum qualifications include:

a sound ethical foundation, dedication, creativity, commitment to building a relationship, sense of humor and ability to work in a team environment.
This position requires auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100K/300K for injury and liability

Pre-employment Background Check Requirements: Criminal records, motor vehicle record, Bureau of Adult and Aging Services (BAAS), Division of Child, Youth and Families (DCYF), Office of Inspector General (OIG)
