- Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene (when necessary), bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Physical Support: Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs as needed.
- Household Tasks: Prepare meals and cook as required.
- Community Engagement: Transport individuals within the community.
- Medication Administration: (for Community Living settings only).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must possess a valid driver's license from TN, AR, or MS. Candidates must also pass all required pre-employment screenings, including criminal background checks and drug tests.
