As part of one of the fastest-growing home care networks worldwide, we are proud to welcome dedicated DSPs who are passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion.We currently have part-time openings on weekdays and weekends for compassionate individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships, encouraging personal growth, and providing hands-on support to help clients live their best lives.Position: Caregiver As a DSP/caregiver, you'll provide one‑on‑one care that matters every day. Your responsibilities will include offering companionship and emotional support, assisting with hygiene and mobility, preparing meals and light housekeeping, providing transportation to appointments or outings, giving medication reminders, and building meaningful connections that foster well‑being.Benefits That Value You Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days + annual reviews Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits CNA School Program opportunity PPE provided 401(k) with matching Ongoing training + 24/7 on‑call support Holiday pay (time and a half) PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental wellness program (dental, vision, mental health options available)Qualifications Must be 18 or older Valid driver's license and car
