Job Description

Sicklerville PCH is a transitional residential facility for young men ages 17-21.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise, organize, and support recreational and/or socialization activities
  • Play an active role in leading the milieu staff through youth's structured routine while collaborating with youth's case manager, clinician, and prescriber
  • Engage and interact with youth based on behavioral intervention plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Observing, documenting, and acknowledging positive behaviors
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor level degree in a related social service field (Psychology, Sociology, Education, Public Health etc.), Psychology preferred. Preference to those interested in enrolling in an MSW program, to achieve growth within the agency.

3 years or more experience working with youth in a behavioral or group setting.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Schedule: Weekdays or Weekends Full time/Part time or On-Call Shifts

Sicklerville PCH is a program of Youth Consultation Service (YCS), which is a behavioral health and social services agency that has been caring for at risk children and families since 1918 in therapeutic residences, special education schools, in-home and in-community programs throughout NJ.
