Job Description

Role: Community Living Direct Support ProfessionalMake a difference in the lives of others! What you will doSupport Plans: Provide training and support based on person-centered plans.Daily Assistance: Help with personal care, problem-solving, and tasks at home or in the community. Community Integration: Provide transportation, dispense medications, and assist with appointments and socialization.Position RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GED.Passion to make a difference in the lives of others

Experience: One year of experience working with people with disabilities, preferred Physical Demands: Ability to transfer individuals over 75 pounds or push/pull wheelchairs

Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours
