Job Description:
Guided Care Services is seeking dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community-based settings.
DSPs play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Â Assist individuals with daily living activities (ADLs)Â
- Â Provide supervision and ensure safetyÂ
- Â Support community outings and engagementÂ
- Â Complete daily documentation and reportsÂ
- Â Follow individualized service plans (ISPs)Â
- Â Maintain a respectful and professional environmentÂ
Requirements:
- Â Must be 18 years or olderÂ
- Â High School Diploma or GED requiredÂ
-  Valid Driver’s License (preferred)Â
- Â Must pass background checkÂ
- Â Must be reliable and able to report to scheduled shiftsÂ
