DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL 2 (DSP2)DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL YEAR 1 AND 2 CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITIONSTAR, Inc. has been servicing the Torrance, CA area since 1974, with five homes caring for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.We are looking for individuals that are passionate about caring for others. Our Staff and clients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They also feared that there would be a lack of options to address the needs of their loved ones.In an effort to honor what our founders intended to accomplish in creating STAR, we now look toward the future with strategies for developing additional homes specifically designed to care for the growing number of seniors and those in need of more comprehensive care within this population.
