Direct Support Professional- DSP
At AHL Healthcare Group Inc., we're passionate about empowering individuals with dignity and support. We're currently hiring for a full- or part-time Direct Support Professional- DSP in Maple Grove, MN. You'll earn $18/hour. Our home living team also enjoys generous benefits, such as:

Valid driver's license and being at least 19 years old
Experience in a direct care role
Willingness to work every other weekend

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL- DSP
As a Direct Support Professional- DSP, your day will be focused on supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily living needs and routines. You will begin your shift by assisting with personal care and other ADLs (activities of daily living), followed by administering medications as needed. You'll help prepare simple meals and maintain a clean and comfortable home environment with light housekeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for safely transporting individuals to and from their appointments, playing a crucial role in ensuring their days are smooth and stress-free.
