Job Description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you're passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Role Overview

This is a strategic Account Management role focused on Broadridge Trading & Connectivity Solutions (BTCS), with responsibility for existing clients across France and French-speaking markets in Benelux and Switzerland.

The role is centered on strengthening long-term client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Working closely with sell-side clients across cross-asset front-office workflows in capital markets, you will partner with internal sales, product, legal, and delivery teams to expand Broadridge's footprint within key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing BTCS clients across France and French-speaking markets in Benelux and Switzerland.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to support their business objectives.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts to expand the BTCS footprint and contribute to revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Segment Sales on account planning, commercial initiatives, and targeted client campaigns.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system and track opportunities through the full sales lifecycle.
  • Lead or support client presentations, discovery discussions, requirements gathering, and solution scoping activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Legal and Conversions, to support contract execution, renewals, onboarding, and successful go-lives.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure all client and commercial activity is accurately documented.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial markets, including at least 5 years in account management, client relationship management, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, ideally with experience supporting sell-side clients and front-office workflows.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships and grow strategic accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at multiple levels of client organisations.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and experience managing commercial discussions, including renewals and contract terms.
  • Comfortable working in a commercially driven environment with growth, retention, and revenue targets.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional language skills relevant to the region would be an advantage.
