Position Overview
The primary focus of this role is to drive continued product development and enhancements for Cboe's Global FX businesses, including its US Treasuries platform. The position requires a combination of business and technical know-how, and the ability to break down large complex projects into deliverable components. The role requires the incumbent to interact with the FX team and across the entire organization to execute on the established strategic direction.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Act as a subject matter expert in FX and US Treasuries market structure, trading systems, and competitive landscape. Use expertise to clearly identify and define business risks and opportunities.
- Lead the design and implementation of product features and enhancements including pre-trade and post-trade aspects.
- Work collaboratively with the business team, prospective clients, vendors, legal, software engineering and operations teams throughout the design and development process to ensure the shortest path to production.
- Define detailed business requirements that clearly and precisely define the expected system behaviors.
- Develop pricing proposals for the FX/UST product suite.
- Perform walk-throughs of the business requirements to ensure internal teams understand the expected system behaviors.
- Assist in client and vendor onboarding.
- Assist Sales, Marketing and Communication teams in promoting the FX and platforms, both internally and externally.
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in a comparable field.
- 10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years in a Product Management role in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience in FX, rates, Fixed Income, or electronic trading.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results with an attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills.
- Solid presentation skills.
- Regular attendance at the workplace in a traditional office environment is required.
- Light travel may be required.

At Cboe, we are committed to providing a competitive, transparent, and market‑informed total rewards program. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $157,250-$203,500, with actual compensation determined by job‑related factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal alignment, and location.
This role may also be eligible for annual incentive compensation and, where applicable, participation in Cboe's long-term equity programs.
