This role also owns brand strategy and growth for all 8 DTC brands, ensuring each brand has a clear identity, audience strategy, and performance roadmap.

Finally, this leader is the primary partner‑facing executive for 70+ platform partners, owning merchandising strategy, promotional alignment, and ongoing partner relationships.

  • Present and secure approvals from filmmakers, licensors, producers, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee marketing strategy, creative strategy, campaign architecture, media planning, and cross‑platform rollout plans.

Global Team Leadership & Talent Development (U.S.+ India)

  • Lead a multi‑disciplinary India‑based team across ASO, CRM, Merchandising, Copywriting, Campaign Management, Insights, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing.
  • Build structured onboarding programs, daily training cadences, and hands‑on coaching to elevate Indian talent to Hollywood‑caliber execution.
  • Define team structure, workflows, and operating models to support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Manage daily workload distribution, QA processes, and performance standards across all functions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

Owned Media Leadership & Cross‑Channel Synergy (CTV, Digital, Editorial, Audio, In‑App)

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and optimization of Cineverse's owned media ecosystem, including CTV inventory, homepages, newsletters, push, in‑app messaging, editorial, audio, and display.
  • Build and maintain owned media flowcharts, impression forecasts, and allocation models across all channels.

  • Partner with the Owned Media Specialist to ensure campaigns deliver against impression goals and business priorities.
  • Drive cross‑channel storytelling that unifies brand, title, and platform marketing into a cohesive consumer experience.
