This role ensures initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, compliant with funding requirements, appropriately resourced and successfully delivered to support mission impact.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPMO Leadership & GovernanceManage and expand a centralized PMOincorporate project standards, tools, and governance frameworks
Ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance
Strategic AlignmentAlign initiatives with mission, funding priorities, and strategic goals
Collaborate with executive leadership and program teams
Support cross-functional coordination
Portfolio OversightManage project portfolio and prioritize initiatives
Track progress, risks, and outcomes
Ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
Financial & Compliance ManagementOversee budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with grants and public funding
Partner with finance and audit teams
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required10+ years of project/program management experience5+ years in leadership or PMO management
Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or human services
Strong leadership and communication skills
