Summary:

Hands-on technical leader responsible for DHA's servers, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud identity, cybersecurity tools, and data protection. Leads the Infrastructure & Security team and ensures reliable, secure, and high-performing IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, virtualization, storage, and backups (Unitrends).
  • Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services and support endpoint/Intune roadmap.
  • Support network operations (routing, switching, Wi-Fi, VLANs, firewalls).
  • Lead vulnerability management, Defender security operations, and incident response.
  • Support UCaaS operations and future migration to a unified enterprise telephony platform.
  • Provide on-call support and occasional site travel.
