If you thrive on solving complex challenges and building high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingTake full ownership of our supply chain performance, driving improvements in key metrics like On-Time-Delivery and inventory management.Lead, mentor, and empower your Supply Chain and Factory Services teams, building a culture of accountability and continuous growth.Use data analytics to uncover trends, develop a long-term strategic vision, and drive key improvement initiatives across the site.Act as a key change agent, building strong relationships across functions to create a cooperative and high-performing environment.Serve as the primary liaison between the factory, our sales leaders, and customers, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 years of leadership experience.5+ years of experience end-to-end Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements, is highly preferredHands-on knowledge of SAP.A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to lead change, build relationships, and influence others.Strong and effective communication and presentation skills in English.What You'll Get from Us
