The Clinical Program Director directs the overall clinical strategy, portfolio of clinical solutions, outcomes and tracking for specified Mineral and Bone (MBD) clinical program. This includes trend management, key capabilities, and specialty programs including client relationships to both internal and external stakeholders.

This position will help develop overall tactical and strategic goals that align with its mission and values. This role will also support other senior leadership in presenting program results and solutions to clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

Provide Renal Clinical Innovation vision: Work to shape the vision for Clinical Innovation that will enable us to deliver high quality patient care and demonstrate difference in quality and outcomes.

Identify and communicate risks and opportunities and generate plans to address each.

Develop, analyze, and communicate business models to guide business decisions, promoting data-driven strategic change.

Build out and subsequently manage strategic and enterprise planning team daily and lead enterprise-wide strategy meetings.

Lead strategic and enterprise planning, and set and advocate for internal and external goals.

Define, track, and communicate metrics around new initiatives, comparing to previous outcomes.

Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into critical insights, observations or trends and translate them into strategic recommendations.

Ability to project manage and streamline communication across multidisciplinary teams both large and small.

Cultivating Networks:

Initiates and maintains strategic relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of the Village (e.g., physicians, cross-functional partners, community representatives, business partnerships) to advance clinical and economic goals. Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to influence and build effective relationships.

Proactively builds and uses key relationships to gain cooperation without formal authority

Supports partners by offering valuable information and resources; works together with partners to create win-win outcomes

Establishes and gains commitment to shared goals

Formulates influence strategy; creates an approach that best positions an idea, plan or objective; leverages supportive factors, break through barriers and addresses the unique needs and preferences of key decision makers

Identify, create, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators including but not limited to teammate productivity, quality audits, and departmental service level agreements

Driving Execution:

Evaluate department processes and procedures; suggest and implement methods to minimize labor costs and to improve operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers. Translates strategic priorities into operational reality; aligns communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems to ensure that strategic priorities yield measurable and sustainable results

Takes action to achieve goals beyond what is required and manages competing priorities

Sets high goals for personal and team accomplishments and uses measurement methods to monitor progress toward goal attainment

Establishes two-way communication channels to convey business strategies and plans in a manner that engages teammates

Ensures that those responsible for implementing a strategic initiative have role clarity and accountability for required actions and outputs as well as the authority to act in a way consistent with our mission and values

Translates initiatives into actions; delivers on the core business drivers (clinical and economic.).

High Impact Communication:

Clearly and succinctly conveys information and ideas to individuals and groups in a variety of situations; Communicates in a focused and compelling way that drives others' thoughts and actions.

Presents ideas, suggestions, and recommendations in a manner that clearly links to business and/or Village needs and priorities

Facilitates outcome-oriented communication- States action-oriented purpose- Presents logical arguments, data, and concrete examples- Provides clear explanation of relevant facts and presents well-prepared case- Moves communication toward agreed-upon actions- Answers the question at hand

Adapts communication style based on the people involved and the target objectives

Negotiates with others using business rationale to influence decisions and effectively handle objections

Manage departmental labor budget and miscellaneous expenses.

The Salary Range for the role is $115,000.00 - $183,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
