Our values, workplace practices, wellness programs, benefits and compensation are aimed at helping employees manage their unique personal life and care for their families so they can focus on contributing to the fullest.

The Director, Investor Relations shapes and executes the organization’s investor relations strategy and serves as a primary liaison between the company and the investment community. The role partners closely with executive leadership to communicate the company’s financial and operational performance, capital allocation priorities, and long-term strategy to shareholders, sell-side analysts, and institutional investors. The role leads the quarterly earnings cycle and oversees investor days, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring clear and consistent messaging. The role also supports the company’s public disclosure and regulatory compliance—including SEC reporting and Regulation FD—in partnership with Legal and Accounting.

  • Manages relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional (buy-side) investors; tracks analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and shareholder composition; and leads investor targeting and perception studies.

  • Leads investor communications for strategic transactions and integration—from announcement through close—in partnership with Corporate Development and Finance.

  • Interprets capital markets, commodity-price, and peer dynamics for leadership, and communicates the company’s capital allocation and return-of-capital framework, including the dividend and share-repurchase strategy.

  • Supports the company’s public disclosure obligations—including the Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, and proxy statement—and Regulation FD compliance, in partnership with Legal and Accounting.

  • Provides strategic counsel to executive leadership, manages the IR budget and vendor relationships, and defines KPIs aligned with the company’s investor relations strategy and goals.
