Job Description

Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Director, Marketing – Building Solutions position, you’ll lead the go-to-market strategy for one of Direct Supply’s most strategic technology-driven businesses. You’ll translate complex, tech-enabled offerings—including Aptura, TELS, and Capital—into compelling narratives that build trust, drive adoption, and fuel growth. This senior leadership role shapes enterprise strategy, orchestrates integrated campaigns, and influences key investment decisions, all while guiding a team of modern marketers to position Direct Supply as a forward-looking, platform-led partner in the Senior Living industry.

Skills Needed:

  • Builds & Drives Strategy – Crafts a visionary DS 2.0 roadmap for a Corporate Function, securing Executive and team endorsement for future directions and projects. Sharpens the Function's OKRs for laser-focused execution of strategic goals.

  • Champions Innovation – Propels teams to unlock value with cutting-edge, tech-enabled innovations. Stays ahead of the tech curve, ready to embrace the next big thing. Leads with an entrepreneurial mindset and takes calculated risks.

  • Applies AI and Technology – Identifies opportunities to boost efficiency and add value using AI and tech. Embraces and applies digital innovations and tech solutions to build business. Eagerly learns and integrates new technologies where they matter most.

  • Leads Through Change & Ambiguity – Navigates the unknown with confidence, steering through change and uncertainty with a clear vision and unwavering determination. Turns chaos into clarity, keeping goals firmly in sight.

  • Excellent strategic storytelling and positioning skills to simplify complex technology and AI-driven solutions for external audiences.

  • Strong fluency in AI-enabled marketing tools, including analytics, personalization, and content automation.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, aligning product, sales, finance, and creative teams to deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Own and evolve the go-to-market narrative for Building Solutions, aligning messaging with Direct Supply’s enterprise brand and technology vision.

  • Lead integrated campaigns that drive pipeline velocity, customer conversion, and long-term revenue growth.

  • Use AI-powered insights to uncover market trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities.

  • Represent Marketing at the senior leadership level, influencing platform strategy, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.

  • Drive digital ecosystem performance, including lifecycle marketing, web, paid media, and in-product experiences.

  • Build, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team focused on experimentation, data, storytelling, and AI-driven execution.

  • Partner across Product, Sales Strategy, Creative, and MarCom to ensure unified, impactful campaigns.

  • Incubate and scale new ideas, from product launches to partner programs, to increase market confidence and relevance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or related field

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years leading teams

  • Proven track record in GTM strategy, digital marketing, and cross-functional leadership

  • Deep understanding of performance analytics, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, building services, or platform-based businesses is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to connect strategy to commercial results

Additional Items of Interest:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience marketing capital equipment, SaaS platforms, or complex solutions in real estate, services, or care environments

  • Background in product marketing or platform-led go-to-market strategy
