Job Title: Director, Product Management

Primary Work Location: Salt Lake City UT, Richardson, TX, or Herndon, VA

Position Summary

Everfox is seeking a Director of Product Management supporting its Insider Risk portfolio of products and services.

As a Director of Product Management, you will be expected to lead both a local and global organization of senior team members. You will be responsible for operational success, strategic alignment and integration of activities with Engineering, Product Marketing, and other major organizational functions across the company. You will focus on future-looking feature roadmap, product requirements, competitive analysis, and pricing. You will act as a key advisor to VPs, SVPs, and other executive management in influencing the strategic direction of our Insider Risk portfolio of products. This role will report to the Chief Product Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads, drives and provides approach for designing the end to end strategy for a suite of product portfolios.

  • Provides guiding principles for and defines value proposition, customer segmentation, and business case to bring innovative and disruptive products to the market.  (i.e. Product configuration mix, Revenue/margins, financials, market share).

  • Sets agenda for and drives synthesizing market requirements (MRD) into marketing/customer details through having intimate customer knowledge and business, financial and industry market acumen.

  • Drives integration of the product portfolios lifecycles to business goals across all phases of the product portfolio and business lifecycle (e.g. planning, development, launch, management, exit).

  • Sets teams standards and operational metrics across all portfolios to align with the business unit's strategic goals (ie: revenue unit/margins, market share, quality performance, channel route to market, quarterly financials and on time to delivery).

Key Knowledge and Skills

  • Recognized industry leader for team and people management skills, ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve results for complex, ambiguous projects.

  • Recognized industry leader for skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.

  • Recognized industry leader for knowledge of root cause analysis and problem detection.

  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the relevant industry and ability to provide product specific technical training to the team.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study. MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering preferred.

  • 12+ years of work experience in related field.

  • Strong technology foundation and business acumen and understand the technology strategy in the market

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing subordinate people managers.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$208,600.00-262,100.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
