Job Description

Director of Case Management Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Director of Case Management provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Case Management department, aligning initiatives to deliver consistent clinical, service, and financial outcomes through exemplar practices.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) required
Bachelor degree required
BSN and/or Master’s degree (MSN, MBA, MHA) preferred
CCM certification preferred
Progressive Director of Case Management experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting required
Large Hospital Facility oversight strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide direction and leadership to Case Management managers and staff, ensuring quality, functional excellence, and achievement of strategic/operational objectives
Drive consistent clinical, service, and financial outcomes through implementation of best-practice standards
Oversee Case Management, Utilization Management, Denial Management, throughput, Discharge Planning, and LOS reduction initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance (CMS, Joint Commission, IMM/MOON) and survey readiness
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery and patient progression
Manage budget, Resource Utilization, and Case Management, interdisciplinary cooperation, and data-driven decision-making activities
