Duties and Responsibilities

Supply Chain Architecture & Strategy

  • Design and continuously evolve a resilient, customer‑centric supply chain architecture aligned across S&OP, sourcing tiers, manufacturing capability and capacity, logistics, and inventory.

  • Develop and execute multi‑year resiliency roadmaps that support business strategy and uphold customer commitments across the Utilities & Energy technology ecosystem.

  • Ensure visibility, transparency, and alignment across all supply chain nodes to support scalable growth.

Resiliency & Risk Management

  • Lead the end‑to‑end supply chain resiliency framework, ensuring the organization can absorb, recover, and adapt during disruptions.

  • Establish accountable governance mechanisms, prioritization criteria, and policies for resiliency initiatives.

  • Identify, assess, and prioritize risk across demand, supply, capacity, logistics, regulatory, and geopolitical domains.

  • Champion proactive mitigation strategies, scenario‑based contingency plans, and crisis response playbooks that protect customer outcomes and business continuity.

Governance & Operating Model

  • Lead or co‑chair the cross‑functional Supply Chain Resiliency Council to ensure aligned governance, communication, and escalation pathways.

  • Provide authentic, data‑driven guidance to executive leadership on supply chain risk, trade‑offs, and value protection.

  • Define decision rights, performance metrics, and accountability structures that encourage agile and effective resiliency execution.

Process & Capability Development

  • Standardize playbooks, scenario planning, and post‑incident reviews to strengthen organizational learning and operational consistency.

  • Coach and develop cross‑functional team members across global operations and PBU teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

  • Build capabilities that drive agility, adaptability, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Technology & Analytics Enablement

  • Partner with IT and Analytics teams to implement end‑to‑end visibility solutions and early‑warning systems grounded in data integrity and transparency.

  • Guide adoption of modeling, simulation, network design, and digital‑twin technologies to support informed decision‑making.

  • Advance AI‑enabled early‑warning indicators for geopolitical, supplier, and demand‑related risks.

  • Champion change initiatives that elevate technology adoption and evolve processes as resiliency matures.

Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on supply chain risk, strategic investment decisions, and enterprise preparedness.

  • Build strong, authentic relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers to reinforce a collaborative, customer‑centric supply chain network.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, operations, business, or a related field or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).

  • Significant supply chain or operations leadership experience, typically 10+ years.

  • Demonstrated experience leading supply chain resiliency, strategy, or transformation initiatives in a complex, global environment.

  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams with accountability, clarity, and customer focus.

  • Experience navigating ambiguity and making sound, data‑driven decisions in high‑pressure or rapidly evolving situations.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and levels.

Preferred Skills & Experience
