The Role

As Director, Product Strategy, you will own the strategic direction of EZRA's proposition portfolio-defining what we build, why it matters, and how it evolves over time. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead a high-impact team and act as the executive voice for product strategy, translating market intelligence and company vision into clear, data-driven direction-especially in shaping our AI-powered product roadmap.

What You'll Do:

• Define and own the proposition portfolio strategy, including vision, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and investment priorities
• Lead market and competitive intelligence, translating insights into actionable product direction and portfolio positioning
• Develop pricing recommendations and commercial frameworks, and build business cases for new propositions and investments
• Own pilot and soft launch strategy, including MVP validation, success criteria, and go/no-go decision frameworks
• Drive portfolio performance through defined metrics, dashboards, and data-led strategic decisions
• Provide executive-level leadership and alignment across Product, Commercial, and Technology teams while leading and developing the Product Strategy function

About you

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, management consulting, or business strategy roles
• Experience leading strategic teams and influencing executive stakeholders and company-wide decisions
• Strong experience developing product portfolio strategies, including pricing, positioning, and lifecycle management
• Proven ability to translate market intelligence and data into clear strategic direction and investment decisions
• Experience working with AI-powered products and understanding how AI impacts product strategy and market positioning
• Experience in a services-enabled-by-platform business model (preferred over pure SaaS environments)
