Established by Blackstone in 2019, the company connects consumption, technology, and the supply chain across its portfolio, which spans half a billion square feet. We leverage our scale, proprietary data and insights, and foundational focus on sustainability to drive success for our customers’ businesses and deliver value for our stakeholders. We put our people, customers, and communities first and find ways to make a conscious, positive impact where we live and work. • Engage user communities in a continuous feedback loop that drives the platform forward

  • Promote and practice security-by-design, ensuring the appropriate level of controls and protections are inherent in every product

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on how technology can support and enhance business goals

  • Communicate and collaborate across many levels in the organization with excellent and written communication skills

  • Translate innovative ideas into functional and technical requirements to support our teams working smarter

  • Guide, influence, and persuade business partners and team members towards solutions that meet business needs and goals

  • Maintain relationships with external partners and vendors that challenge them to deliver world-class service for Link

Project Delivery

  • Develop business cases, user requirements, and project charters

  • Intake demand and facilitate stakeholder-led prioritization, with the nimble ability to pivot as business needs shift

  • Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, design, and operations teams to deliver robust, secure, scalable technology products

Technology Operations

  • Define and manage data integrations with internal and external products and platforms

  • Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations

  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to ensure that IT General Controls are defined as needed for projects and applications and then followed as routine operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in technology product management, ideally CRE Tech focused

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM lifecycle

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful B2B or B2C products, delivering measurable business impact

  • Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and enable business partners at all levels, fostering strong cross‑functional alignment

  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision, decisions, and outcomes clearly in both verbal and written formats

  • Extensive experience developing, managing, and executing multi‑year product roadmaps aligned to business strategy
