Job Description

Lead And Grow A High-Impact Healthcare And Mission Critical Division

Lead and manage construction projects in the healthcare and mission-critical sectors. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members. Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies as needed. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support ongoing and future projects.

A successful Director - Healthcare/Mission Critical should have: Experience managing large-scale construction projects in healthcare or mission-critical sectors. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards within the construction industry. Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
