Job Description

As a senior leader at Nasdaq, you will be accountable for shaping and executing performance marketing strategies that advance our Capital Access Platforms (CAP) division's position in the market. This role requires a proven ability to set direction, influence across borders, and deliver measurable business impact in complex, regulated environments.

You'll thrive in this position if you bring executive presence, strategic clarity, and the ability to mobilize diverse teams toward driving organic and paid growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global performance marketing and acquisition strategy for CAP, integrating SEO, paid search, paid social, and web experience optimization to drive measurable growth outcomes.
  • Own SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy, including technical SEO, content architecture, structured data, and readiness for AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Lead paid search and paid social strategy and execution across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand-safe, compliant, and efficient campaigns aligned to business priorities.
  • Oversee content performance across organic and paid channels, ensuring investments align to buyer intent, regulatory constraints, and downstream pipeline influence.
  • Establish performance measurement frameworks and executive-level reporting that reflect cross-channel influence, attribution accuracy, and long-term business impact.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across SEO, paid search, and paid social, fostering a culture of rigor, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive leadership experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or growth roles within B2B financial services, fintech, SaaS, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success in owning both organic and paid growth strategies, including SEO/AEO, paid search, and paid social, with accountability for measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in search-driven discoverability, technical SEO, content architecture, and emerging AI/LLM-driven answer engines.
  • Strong paid media leadership experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimization at scale across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
  • Track record of operating effectively within large, matrixed enterprise environments with legal, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent senior leadership training.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks for SEO, paid media, content quality, compliance, and emerging channels.
  • Proven ability to drive growth in fast-moving environments where customer expectations and digital landscapes evolve rapidly.

This position will be located in New York or Atlanta and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
