What you’ll be doing:

• Lead a team of engineers and leaders building employee-facing products.

• Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution.

• Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love.

• Provide strategic direction working closely with senior leaders across NVIDIA

• Provide technical leadership strongly advocate for AI-first experiences.

What we need to see:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field.

• 15+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry.

• 8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.

• Product-first thinking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

• Strong experience building and leveraging AI agents.

• Experience designing distributed systems.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Familiarity with issue tracking and agile delivery products.

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 292,000 USD - 442,750 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until May 9, 2026.
