Job Description

Description

Position at ANV Insurance

ANV is a global specialty insurance platform operating across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe. Backed by AmTrust Financial Services and Blackstone Credit & Insurance, we bring together a portfolio of established MGAs and specialist underwriting businesses delivering innovative insurance solutions across multiple markets.

As a rapidly growing platform, ANV combines the strength of established insurance businesses with the opportunity and energy of a scaling organization. We are committed to underwriting excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, and empowering our people to make a meaningful impact as we continue to build the next generation of specialty insurance businesses.

Summary: The Corporate Marketing Director will oversee strategy and execution for marketing programs that build awareness, market engagement, and visibility across the ANV platform. This role has a dual mandate: driving corporate marketing for the ANV brand, and serving as a hands-on marketing partner to ANV's smaller MGAs and Launchpad businesses that do not have dedicated marketing resources of their own.

For corporate marketing, this position leads platform-level brand, content, and campaign work that positions ANV with brokers, carrier partners, and the broader specialty insurance market. For the MGA and Launchpad businesses, the Corporate Marketing Director will act as an embedded marketing lead — translating each business's products, distribution goals, and go-to-market timing into practical campaigns, launch materials, and digital presence.

The role coordinates across the ANV marketing team to develop campaigns and supporting material spanning all touch points (paid media, social media, corporate events, content partnerships, email, websites, and other relevant mediums), and provides strategic oversight and connectivity across paid, owned, and earned channels so that brand messages are communicated consistently across the platform. This position also supports ANV corporate events and provides support for events across the MGAs, helping ensure each event reflects the broader ANV brand while meeting business-specific objectives. Maintains a solid understanding of ANV's mission, vision, and values, and upholds the standards of the ANV organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product positioning, differentiated value propositions, buyer personas, and market-facing messaging informed by customer insights, market trends, and data.
  • Lead competitive analysis to identify market shifts, competitor positioning, emerging trends, and differentiation opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and business decision-making.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and rebrands, including launch readiness, naming, brand rollout, website development, communications, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Work closely with ANV's MGAs, Launchpad businesses, and corporate functions to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation, submissions, and overall perception of the ANV brand.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for smaller and newly launched businesses, building marketing programs from the ground up where no internal resource exists.
  • Manage ANV corporate events and provide marketing support for events across the MGAs, including planning support, event messaging, collateral, invitations, promotion, on-site brand presence, and post-event follow-up where needed.
  • Develop and maintain regular updates on marketing activity across business units for executive-level review.
  • Take a concept or request and develop it into a strategic initiative, then drive tactical execution to meet stated objectives.
  • Manage the development and execution of compelling programs in collaboration with internal teams and external partners (agencies/vendors).
  • Own corporate marketing programs, including communications, sponsorships, memberships, conferences, internal events, and executive visibility initiatives.
  • Establish marketing processes, governance, planning, performance measurement, and best practices across the organization.

Qualifications Required:

·  High-level relationship management experience, including the ability to interface with executive leadership and business heads

·  Comfort operating across multiple businesses at different stages of maturity, from established MGAs to early-stage Launchpad ventures

·  Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and last-minute changes

·  Strong attention to detail, with a high respect for brand standards

·  Shifts between multiple projects as priorities dictate

·  Ability to conceptualize abstract concepts and create simple, clean workflows

·  Experience developing positioning, messaging, value propositions, buyer personas, and sales enablement materials.

·  Demonstrated experience conducting competitive and market analysis and translating findings into positioning, differentiation, and actionable marketing recommendations.

·  Experience supporting go-to-market strategies, product launches, or commercialization initiatives.

Preferred:

6 - 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate, product, or integrated marketing.

  • Experience in insurance, MGA, or financial services marketing
  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation tools
