This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence client strategies, foster team development, and seamlessly integrate tax advisory with wealth management services. The ideal candidate will leverage deep technical expertise to deliver innovative tax solutions, contribute to business growth, and elevate client service standards in a collaborative, supportive environment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred (MST, MBT, or MSA)Active CPA license5 to 8 years of tax experience, including tax planning and compliance

Strong knowledge of the tax code and technical accounting principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Leadership capability to build and guide a dedicated tax team

ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of comprehensive tax planning, review, preparation, and filing for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts

Build and oversee a tax preparation team, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff and associates

Collaborate with Investment Advisors to review client tax situations and identify planning opportunities

Participate in client meetings, offering strategic insights on complex tax issues

Support wealth management business development initiatives

Create and deliver internal training on legislative updates, tax strategies, and client FAQs to enhance team knowledge and capabilities

Ensure high-quality service and compliance with industry standards while driving practice evolution and process improvement
