Job Description

Director Product Management (Sleepy Hollow, NY)

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director Product Management (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to support day-to-day improvements, configuration, and setup changes in Oracle ERP to provide efficiency and support business operation's needs, and be responsible for end-to-end delivery for any projects, improvements, and support. Act as a liaison to Finance and Supply Chain. Partner multi-functionally across SS&P, HR, Legal, and Manufacturing verticals to ensure systems integrate and operate as designed and intended to support global process execution to deliver the best stakeholder and customer experience. Utilize best practices for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, and handling vendors for implementation and ongoing support. Ensure and maintain Application, Integration, and Data architectures for responsible areas and overall ERP eco-system. Implement integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency. Establish and sustain knowledge continuity through appropriate level of documentation, cross training, and vendor management for not only System Configs (BR.100) but also Functional (MD.050) and technical specs (Md.070) including API Integrations and any data exchange with 3rd party systems. Establish governance and tight change control processes and ensure they are rigorously followed across the organization, with respect to Oracle System Configuration changes, setups, extensions and customizations, and integrations to always ensure ITGC SOX Controls. This includes all Finance-related applications, external and internal. Work with the development team to ensure that all software, platform, and SaaS including 3rd party software are up to date and patched up to mitigate any risk due to out-of-support software. Institute and maintain tight Identity and Access Controls across key and sensitive corporate systems (using RBAC / ABAC) to ensure we align with Regeneron's Security controls and mitigate Security risks by removing excessive access rights. Streamline and standardize financial templates and deliverables. Two (2) Direct Reports in the positions of Product Manager. Local telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. 15% domestic travel required to attend conferences, business meetings and workshops, training, and other business-related activities and 10% international travel required.

SALARY RANGE: $260,000 - $305,200 per year

Job Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field and 10 years of experience in Oracle or other IT applications. Must have 5 years of experience with: Analyzing supply chain-related business problems to develop Oracle-based computer solutions; Partnering and working with Global Order to Cash multi-functional workstreams, and business enablement functions on the implementation of new business capabilities enabled by IT such as Order Management, BOM, Inventory, Procure to Pay, Supplier Collaboration, VAT, or Intercompany. Must have experience with: 3PL; Order to Cash and Supply Chain touchpoints; Multiple best-in-class solutions like Oracle EBS Order to Cash, VAT, (EDI, Intercompany, AR/AP, Procurement, Sourcing, Cost Mgt, BOM, or Inventory) and Oracle Fusion; Migrating Oracle EBS 12.1.3 or 12.2 to Oracle Fusion; Analyzing business and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems for Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement; Assisting Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement teams to solve computer-related problems, including day-to-day production support issues, and product/process leadership for all projects and enhancements; Leading solution design, testing, maintaining, and monitoring a company's computer systems, specifically its Oracle software including Supply Chain, Inventory, iSupplier, Procure to Pay (P2P) process, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Transactions; Adapting company's IT systems to improve Supply Chain workflows by integrating Supply Chain data with Oracle applications

to manage regulatory and reporting needs; Practical knowledge of Supply Chain business processes to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve a company's existing systems and review its system capabilities; Recommending the most effective software needed to set up/modify systems and lead all configuration, best practice setup, and integration efforts for the Oracle Supply Chain, Inventory, and Procure to Pay modules; Analyzing information processing needs through document analysis, requirements workshops, scenarios, business analysis, and implementation to develop project scope and requirements to plan and design computer systems; Developing implementation plans for systems projects that maximize resource allocation, ensure timely delivery, and optimize technology solutions by collaborating with project managers; Preparing cost-benefit and return on investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation; Ensuring agreement on system principles and working closely with Supply Chain team to improve workflow, ensuring systems support delivery requirements; Leading, training, and mentoring functional users to work with IT systems and make appropriate business process and information delivery changes/decisions that deliver desired results; Conferring with internal clients regarding the nature of business needs to be addressed by computer systems and work with the business to build case justifications for Supply Chain and Procurement system initiative requests; Defining system goals by translating business requirements into functional specifications, describing logical operational steps of systems, and developing procedures for regression, and integration/QA testing; Developing, documenting, and revising standardized policies and procedures for new IT solutions, in accordance with established IT standards; Providing effective project control by monitoring progress and providing appropriate updates to senior management; Managing and mentoring SME resources in different business tracks; IT Product management and Inhouse IT product design; Project estimation and Project Management; Vendor management and project negotiation; Product delivery and life cycle management with Information security scope coordination; and Designing and enhancing external user facing tools with Agile methodology via Jira stories. 15% domestic travel required to attend conferences, business meetings and workshops, training, and other business-related activities and 10% international travel required.
