We are seeking a Director, IT Product Management, Global Development to join our IT Delivery & Operations organisation, supporting Global Development in an on-site role. In this role, you will lead technology product delivery and operations across the Development Operations & Portfolio Management domain while collaborating with Business Solution Partners, Business Process Owners, and Corporate IT. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & whereThe role will be based onsite at our offices in Warren, NJ or Armonk, NY. This is not open to fully remote-based work arrangements. If eligible, we can offer relocation benefits. 

Discover your role:

  • Lead and coach Product Leads and Product Analysts, ensuring delivery on commitments and building domain capabilities.

  • Coordinate operational support across the product portfolio, managing backlog, incidents, and enhancement trends.

  • Partner with Business Process Owners and Business Solution Partners to implement and enhance technology products end-to-end.

  • You influence partners through clear, well-tailored communication, building trusted relationships across functions.

  • Assess and prioritise domain requirements, aligning technology roadmaps with product priorities.

  • Identify resourcing needs and coordinate internal and vendor delivery in support of product operations.

  • You navigate ambiguity and competing priorities, keeping teams focused on delivering value.

This role requires:

  • BS/BA with 12+ years or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • Deep knowledge of Development Operations & Portfolio Management business processes.

  • Experience across Drug Development Program and Portfolio Management, Clinical Trial operations, Study Start-up, Site Management, and Clinical Drug Supply Management.

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Global Development capabilities, processes, and systems.

  • Experience with technologies such as Veeva Clinical Vault (CTMS, TMF, SSU), CluePoints, or Planisware in the Clinical Operations space.
