Director, Business Development

SUN Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic Director of Business Development to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and an influential leader within our hospital's growth and outreach efforts. This senior‑level role is ideal for a licensed clinician who brings deep experience in healthcare business development, market expansion, and strategic planning, along with a strong understanding of inpatient levels of care.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving referral relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and positioning behavioral health services for sustainable success. Familiarity with the Kentucky healthcare market-including its behavioral health landscape, community stakeholders, and referral networks-is strongly preferred.
