  • Build a strong, independent Software QA function and improve engineering quality through modern architecture, code quality, automated testing, continuous integration, release management, and reduced technical debt.
  • Partner with customers and cross-functional leaders on software capability, roadmap priorities, escalations, platform strategy, and engineering practices.
  • Mentor managers and engineers while building a unified organization with shared processes, tooling, career development, and cross-segment collaboration.
  • Sustain measurable AI-assisted development adoption through effective tooling, practices, guardrails, practitioner communities, and demonstrated productivity gains.
  • Ensure inherited program commitments are delivered, software delivery becomes more predictable, and phase-gate performance and defect escape rates improve.
